So the end of my week off is here, back to work tomorrow, but only for a week then another week off with Phil yay! It was great to have Ben to stay, though it was over so quick, and I got a lot of accounts sorting out done too. Next holiday is car sorting out and then some days out with Phil, we fancy a trip to Lindisfarne so fingers crossed it’s not a rainy week.
Anyway, Phil’s on nights this week and has just left having first cooked us a stupendous Lamb in red wine & redcurrant sauce with roast potatoes and broccoli. Am stuffed now. This afternoon I had a go at doing splash photography, with minimal success- the photo here is the best of a bad bunch, but it was a learning experience, and next time I know how to improve, so worth the effort.
The best bit is we had loads of fun with Phil standing on a chair and dropping a strawberry into a glass of milk and Herky hovering trying to get his head in the glass. ☺
Anyway, that’s the lot for today, got to sort out my clothes and kit for work tomorrow, onwards … ever onwards….
