This chap comes here every year and he has the most amazing range of birdy noises. He sits on the TV ariels of the houses around opposite where we live and boy is he vociferous. He makes us laugh because he has a couple of pals who live in the distance and who obviously are ‘conversing’ with him, you can here them twittering to each other. But the other two never come over. We think it’s funny that as they have wings they don’t just pop over to see each other and have a natter together instead of this distance hollering, but he’s a right character and I love sitting at the bedroom window and listening to them.
We always imagine the conversation they’re having, and tonight I think he was telling them the wind is up and it looks like a storm is coming! Not sure what make of bird he is, one day I’ll get a daylight photo of him fingers crossed.
I shouldn’t have mentioned yesterday that work has dropped off, as today it all started back up again and have gained another 3 clients! Have so many fittings to do now as well as tests- the Darlington wrap has taken off!!
Yoyo didn’t eat again this morning ☹ and again spent the day under the bush but he came in for his tea tonight and had a right good feed of mince, he went back out but it’s cold tonight and for the first time in 10 days came in through the catflap and went to sleep on the sofa at 7pm!! Yay :)
