Well it’s been an eventful weekend. It was fun at the model show, which I posted about yesterday, but then last night we had our first babysitting of Phil’s 2 month old grandson Matty. He’s a lovely little boy, and slept from 8pm til 2am, had a feed and change, then slept from 3am til 7am, had a feed and change, then slept til 10am. Not much to it really haha. Yoyo didn’t bat an eyelid, nothing phases him, but Herky was not happy at all and disappeared for most of the night. He came in for breakfast at 7 when Phil got up, but then disappeared into the bushes at the back of our front garden!

Phil’s son and his wife came over around midday to pick the little fella up, and everything went very well, he survived the night, but we are knackered- didn’t sleep well of course wondering if the baby was Ok!!

Have spent the afternoon practicing my course homework, when really I’d have rather gone out somewhere nice to take nice pics, but it has to be handed in by Wednesday so this was my best chance. Anyway, it’s done, uploaded, and hopefully will get a pass.

Anyway, Herky finally came in, but very cautiously (imagine being scared of a baby!!) and has been meaowwing for comfort and tickles ever since. He finally settled back into his spot on the Magic Bed, and things are back to normal here!
