faffing about in aperture and picnic. I love roses when they get to the end of their time, and I wanted to make one into a picture. Is romance dead? I'm not sure, my guy and I have been together a long time and we're in our 50's now- love is certainly there, but the day to day living together, working long hours and having solitary hobbies doesn't lend itself to romance. And he's a true Northern guy, even though he thinks he's 'enlightened'! Yet he bought me these roses, for no particular reason, out of the blue, so no, romance isn't dead, just sleepy.
